These terms apply when you access or use DishLust. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
Your account
You are responsible for access to your sign-in account and for providing accurate information. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Free and Premium plans
DishLust may offer a Free plan and a Premium plan. The features and allowances shown in the app form part of these terms. Premium currently costs US$5.99 per month unless your account displays a free Lifetime Premium benefit.
Premium subscriptions and payment
Paid Premium subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. DishLust does not store your full card details. Your subscription starts when Stripe confirms payment and renews automatically each month until canceled. Taxes or currency-conversion charges may apply depending on your location and payment provider.
You can manage or cancel a paid subscription from Your plan in DishLust. Unless a refund or mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and Premium remains available until the end of the paid billing period. Your existing recipes remain accessible after Premium ends, but Premium-only actions and allowances stop.
Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where a charge was duplicated or made in error. Contact us promptly about billing problems. We may change the price or included features in the future, but will provide reasonable advance notice before a price change applies to a renewing subscription.
Your recipes and content
You keep ownership of recipes, images, notes and links you add. You give DishLust permission to process and store that content only as needed to provide features such as importing, scanning, organising and syncing.
Imported material
Only import or share content you have the right to use. DishLust helps organise material for personal use but does not grant ownership of recipes, photographs, videos or other third-party content. Original source links should remain attached where available.
Cooking and nutrition information
Recipes, cooking times, ingredient quantities, nutrition details and imported text may contain errors. Check food safety, allergies, dietary needs and cooking temperatures independently. DishLust is not medical, dietary or professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload harmful material, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Availability
DishLust may change as it develops. We aim to keep it reliable, but uninterrupted availability and permanent preservation of content are not guaranteed. Use the backup option in Settings to keep your own copy.
Ending use
You may stop using DishLust at any time and request deletion using the User Data Deletion page. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the app, its users, or comply with law.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as DishLust develops. The revision date above will show when they changed.
